Forever New Delicate - Powder Fragrance-Free, the original and same first blend made since 1975, without fragrance, is made with premium quality ingredients, formulated to gently clean, brighten and promote longer life for all fine washables. With a natural base of multiple sodas and citrus, our special formulations are highly effective and unique to extend the life of garments. Forever New Granular Unscented products contain no bleach, optical brighteners, lanolin, petroleum products or fragrances. This concentrated blend gently lifts stains and soils while rinsing completely free from the fabric leaving no soap residues to damage thread fibers. Forever New Granular preserves fiber-flex and elasticity, allowing all fine garments to look new longer.

You will love the natural freshness of unscented and the way it treats your washables. Forever New products are safe on colorfast garments, but always test for colorfastness in a small inconspicuous area if you are unsure.

How to open the new measuring caps on the 32oz Delicate: Tip the caps to the side until the air-seal is popped, then pull the cap up. (The original cap is still sealed underneath.)

Hand Wash: Dissolve 1 Tbsp. in a basin of water, agitate gently, soak for 3-5 minutes, rinse thoroughly, lay flat to dry.
Machine Wash: Add 2 Tbsp. for a full load. Standard and HE machines. Wash cycle set to delicate for fine garments.
Washing TIPS: Protect your best garments using our WASH bags and for TOUGH STAINS, pre-treat with Stain Remover.

Orders are shipped out in 2-5 business days. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking information. Please email info@petticoatfair.com if you have any concerns or errors placing your order.

You must return the item within 15 days for a return or exchange to be granted.

If it is returned during the 15 days it must be in new, un-worn & re-sellable condition. 

For an item to be considered for return, it must have the following.

• have the original Petticoat Fair tag attached
• have the interior brand tags must not be cut out
• be free of any smells (perfume, smoke, body odor)
• be free of deodorant stains 
• panties & swimwear must have hygienic liner

ANYTHING WORN OUT OF THE STORE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS AND THOSE CHANGING STYLES/SIZES TO WEAR THEIR PURCHASE HOME. WEAR THE ITEMS FOR A COUPLE HOURS AT HOME WITH THE TAGS ATTACHED TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

Any item in new condition, with tags attached, is eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase except sale items and items that have been altered.

All panties, swimwear and shapewear should be tried on over your own underwear. Swim bottoms and one piece suits must have the protective plastic liner still attached.

All items shipped back to us will be inspected and will not be accepted if not in new condition. Any items sent to us that are not returnable will be sent back to you at your expense.

We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your garments, as they can affect the “new” condition of the garment and it may no longer be accepted for return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label is available for $5, which will be deducted from your refund total. Please call at 512-454-2900 or email us at info@petticoatfair.com to request a return label. 

Online Returns/Exchanges

To process an online order return or exchange:

• Go onto our website, sign in with the email address used for your order, select the order you wish to return, and submit a return request. 

• Once approved, repackage the item(s) in their original packaging.

• Drop the package in the mail! You will receive an email notification once your return is received and your refund is processed. 

If you wish to make an exchange for an online purchase, please place a new order online or by phone for the replacement item. We will issue a refund for your original item as soon as we receive and process it. 

Damaged items or Errors

If you receive the wrong items or damaged merchandise, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send back the items and replace them promptly with no shipping costs to you.

If you wish to return or exchange items more than 15 days after delivery, we reserve the right to refuse the item(s). We understand that life happens, if you know you will not be able to make the 15 day policy please call us at 512-454-2900 and ask to speak with a manager and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule

Once a package leaves our facility it is no longer our property, therefore all inquiries to the post office must be made by the intended recipient. Refunds for lost and missing packages will not be issued unless insured shipping was selected at checkout.  

Please ship molded cup bras in a box, rather than an envelope. The cups can easily be damaged if not protected by a box, in which case they may not be considered in “new” condition.
