Tavira is a dedicated medical-grade mastectomy suit.

  • Adjustable Leg Cut: This is the "hero" feature of the Tavira. It has drawstring tie-strings on the hips, allowing you to pull them tight for a high-cut leg (sporty and elongating) or leave them loose for a lower-cut leg (more modest coverage for the upper thigh).

  • Bilateral Pockets: It includes discreet, built-in pockets on both sides to securely hold your breast forms. These pockets are specially designed to keep the prosthesis from shifting while you swim or move.

Returns & Exchanges 
We hope that you are satisfied with every garment you receive. 
You must return the item within 15 days for a return or exchange to be granted.
If it is returned during the 15 days it must be in new, un-worn & re-sellable condition. 
For an item to be considered for return, it must have the following.
  • have the original Petticoat Fair tag attached
  • have the interior brand tags must not be cut out
  • be free of any smells (perfume, smoke, body odor)
  • be free of deodorant stains 
  • panties & swimwear must have hygienic liner

ANYTHING WORN OUT OF THE STORE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS AND THOSE CHANGING STYLES/SIZES TO WEAR THEIR PURCHASE HOME. WEAR THE ITEMS FOR A COUPLE HOURS AT HOME WITH THE TAGS ATTACHED TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

SALE AND ALTERED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE. 
What items are returnable?
Any item in new condition, with tags attached, is eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase except sale items and items that have been altered.
All panties, swimwear and shapewear should be tried on over your own underwear. Swim bottoms and one piece suits must have the protective plastic liner still attached.
All items shipped back to us will be inspected and will not be accepted if not in new condition. Any items sent to us that are not returnable will be sent back to you at your expense.
We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your garments, as they can affect the “new” condition of the garment and it may no longer be accepted for return.
Who pays for shipping on returns/exchanges?
You will receive a return label, and return/exchange form with your package. In store purchases are NOT eligible for free returns by mail.
If you wish to do an exchange - please reorder the item online or via phone and we will refund your card for the returned item as soon as we receive it. 
Damaged items or Errors
If you receive the wrong items or damaged merchandise, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send back the items and replace them promptly with no shipping costs to you.
Late returns or exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange items more than 15 days after delivery, we reserve the right to refuse the item(s). We understand that life happens, if you know you will not be able to make the 15 day policy please call us at 512-454-2900 and ask to speak with a manager and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule
Missing/Lost Packages - USPS
Once a package leaves our facility it is no longer our property, therefore all inquiries to the post office must be made by the intended recipient. Refunds for lost and missing packages will not be issued unless insured shipping was selected at checkout.  
Special Instructions
Please ship molded cup bras in a box, rather than an envelope. The cups can easily be damaged if not protected by a box, in which case they may not be considered in “new” condition.
