- have the interior brand tags must not be cut out
- be free of any smells (perfume, smoke, body odor)
- be free of deodorant stains
- panties & swimwear must have hygienic liner
ANYTHING WORN OUT OF THE STORE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS AND THOSE CHANGING STYLES/SIZES TO WEAR THEIR PURCHASE HOME. WEAR THE ITEMS FOR A COUPLE HOURS AT HOME WITH THE TAGS ATTACHED TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

All items shipped back to us will be inspected and will not be accepted if not in new condition. Any items sent to us that are not returnable will be sent back to you at your expense.
We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your garments, as they can affect the “new” condition of the garment and it may no longer be accepted for return.
Who pays for shipping on returns/exchanges?
